兴趣是最好的老师，它对英语学习起着积极的推动作用。有了兴趣就有了一个自主学习英语的动机，小学生学习英语的动机一旦被激发，就会用积极主动的态度对英语进行学习和探索，兴趣也就越浓.在遇到困难的情况下，会更有意志力。
教师不仅要有综合的教学技能，还要有语言的示范能力。
教学技能是评价教师的核心技能，它是指教师如何教的技能，具体地说就是指教师对教学设计，课堂活动实践，课堂教学组织和在课内外充分展示英语在交流中的工具性的能力。目前小学英语教材的内容与学生的学习和生活有密切联系，主要是以趣味性最强的“情景会话”为主。为了使学生能在真实的语言环境中进行实践，克服母语对英语学习的干忧，教师就必须具备，能唱、会画、会制作、善表演、能组织课外活动，能操作，使用现代教学设备等技能。

作为一名教师，最重要的任务就是使自己的教育教学质量有所提高。我读了苏霍姆林斯基的《给教师的建议》这本书，受益匪浅，从中选出这几个“建议”谈谈我的想法。
一、教师，珍惜儿童对你的信任
“教师面对的是儿童极易受到伤害的，极其脆弱的心灵，学校里的学习不是毫无热情地把知识从一个头脑里装进另一个头脑里，而是师生之间每时每刻都在进行的心灵的接触。”其实，师生之间的关系应该是平等的，融洽的，教师应该学会蹲下来看学生，使他们感觉到你对他是公平的，信任的。每个孩子都有他的可贵之处，在教师的眼里学生没有好坏之分。在学生做好的大时候，我们应该给他们更多的鼓励；在学生做的不好的时候，我们更要关心和指导他们向正确的方向前进，使他们在认识的道路上更进一步。不要加以指责，在每个人的心灵深处都有很脆弱的地方，孩子也是一样。其实他们也很痛苦，作为教师就是要时刻给他们启发和鼓舞，使他们看到自己的进步，使他们有自豪感和尊严感。
二、教学相长，取长补短
“如果你发现绝大多数儿童练习本的字迹端正秀丽，错别字很少，那么这就是个明显的征兆：在这个班级里学生可以学到许多东西”
想一想，我这几个月的教学其实真是这样的，“练习本”就是学生习惯养成的一面镜子，也反映着一名教师的教学效果。对于新教师而言，学生习惯的养成是今后有良好教学效果的基础，我所缺乏的也就是这一点，要时刻培养他们良好的学习习惯，真正得到适合自己的.学习方法，使得他们在今后的学习中能更省力更有效。
要对同事们的经验加以研究和观察，并进行自我观察，自我分析，自我进修和自我教育。在此基础上逐步形成自己的教育思想。
“学习优秀经验，并不是把个别的方法和方式机械的搬用到自己的工作中去，而是要移植其中的思想。向优秀教师学习应当取得某种信念。”
三、教师的教育素养
“关于学校教学大纲的知识对于教师来说，应当只是他的知识的事业中的起码常识。只有当教师的知识视野比学校教学大纲宽广的无可比拟的时候，教师才可能成为教育过程的真正能手、艺术家和诗人。”其实，要想达到这样的境界，我想，最重要的一点就是不断地充实自己，完善自己。“读书，读书，再读书，——教师的教育素养的这个方面正是取决于此”想想自己，在这方面做得确实不好，每天不停地忙于备课、上课、批改，管理班级，总是抱怨没有时间读书，但闲暇时又懒得动，而那些教育书籍却安安静静地躺在书架上，早已落满了灰尘。只有在需要的时候，才想起找一点书来，看看有没有可以借鉴的文章，有没有可以参考的教案，此时，想一想实在是可悲！可怜！现在觉得自己还年轻，自己所掌握的知识还足以能“应付”小孩子，然而面对飞速发展的今天，可以说孩子们的视野更加开阔了，我们不得不时刻要求自己要走在前面，那么惟有读书才能武装我们的头脑，才能让我们摆脱“坐吃山空”的尴尬境地。而读书的这种意识更应该是发自内心的需要和对知识的渴望。
年轻的我对于教师这个行业还存在着比较稚嫩的想法，而学习对于我来说是补充自己，使自己成熟的一个最好的方法，我要不断地学习，积累经验，使自己能成为一名名师。

the Old Man and the Sea is one of Hemingway s most enduring works and may very well become one of the true classics of this generation. It played a GREat part in his winning the Pulizer Prize in 1953 and the 1954 Novel Prize for Literature and confirmed his power and presence in the literary world. Hemingway is also one of my favorite writers. Besides The Old Man And the Sea, I have read some of his other works, such as The Sun Also Rises, A Farewell to Arms and The Snow of Kilimanijaro. But The Old Man and the Sea is the one that left the deepest impression on me.
I first read this book when I was in my fifteens. And now I remember it just as well as if I had read it yesterday.
Pride and Prejudice is a chefdoeuvre.

introduces many concepts of philosophy through the communication between a clever and cute girl named Sophie and a wise teacher calle Albert.It is not hard to see that the book is written for children but in fact it even has a big influence on the adults.The book,instead of telling a story ,aims at leading people to think about themthelves and the outside world over and over again. Sophie goes through the ancient Greek to the Renaissance and she meets many famous people such as Plato,Socrates and Shakespeare.She learn many things about the talent of Da Vince,the Shakespeare’s splendid dramas and the in-depth ideology of every thinkers.Where Sophie comes,there must be the a essence of a great civilization.Sophie wants to seek the answers of so many mysteries,but to her
disappointion,it seems that the more she learns, the more she doesn’t understand.So Sophie is finding where her real world is,and so do I.
The most cofusing question that perplexs me is “what Bob(myself) is ”.Yes,Bob is my name and when people shout like “Bob,come
out! ”,I know they are calling me.But am I only Bob?What will happen if I have no name?And the animals suan as cats,dogs and birds can also be called as Bob,what the differences between these Bobs and me ?I am a human-being,I have thoughts and feelings,but can I say other “Bobs ”or other people don’t have such things?What makes me differ from all other things and what Bob indeed is?
After reading this book, I have my own ideas.
I think myself is just a living being that is also made of cells and do daily things by the transmit of nerve imulse as other creatures do.As component as concerned,all the living beings are similar. what make me differ from others are the experience,memory,feeling,dream and
other things that exist in our inner world.The most important point is that I have a lot of desire such as flying to the space and improve my living standard.Everyone has plenty of desire but the desire won’t be the same.Our own desire make us twinkle among the thousands of people in the world.The aspiration to gain the wealth and the longing for fame force us to step forward in the long race of life.
Then I also think about the quote-“ego cogito ergo sum”,itmeans that we become eternal because of thoughts.But what if we don ’t exist several years later?If we go to the grave someday,are we still alive?what on earth helps us be eternal?
After travelling with Sophie who gradually discover the origin of the philosophy,I also increase my knowledge and skill on this question.I think that even if many famous people like Einstein , Gandhi and Deng Xiaoping are dead,they are still exist in our minds because of theircontribution for society.I deem that if you have a lofty spirit that you are willing to help others or you devote yourself in the science field for the purpose of improving the living standard of all human,you will forever last in the universe.
《Sophie's Worl》is really a heuristic book which broaden our vision not only on the outside world but also the inner world of ourown.Understanding0 the profound concepts of philosophy will not be a troublesome thing through this book.And you will be satisfied to ponder over the unvarying questions.In the end,you will discover yourself.

I admire the old fisherman"s will in the novel very much, he lets me understand that a person must have unremitting spirit, could succeed . What the novel is described is an old fisherman almost the sixty years old, when go to sea and fish alone once, have angled to a big fish, but can not draw. After tough fisherman and fish have socialized for a few days, just find this is a big Malin"s fish which exceeds several times of one"s own fishing boat, though know perfectly well that it is very difficult to win , does not give up yet. Because big Malin fish fishlike smell of wound attract odd herds of shark vie for the food again later, but the old man is still unwilling to give up like this, stress the tight encirclement finally , take the large fish back to fishing port , let other fishmen admire it endlessly. 在梁主任的带领下，我第一次仔细的研读新课程标准，以前学校给统一订的英语学科新课标，我只是在新学期开始蜻蜓点水一般翻阅一下，没有理解内容，更谈不上在教学中如何以课程标准为指导。新课标学习的第一期，虽然只有五页的内容，但是在梁主任的引导下，我突然发现可以深挖的东西是如此之多，下面我就记录一下我第一期的学习体会：
一、充分发挥英语学科的育人功能
在探讨新课标的前五页时，大家对于英语学科的育人功能发表了自己的看法。英语作为一门语言，一种人与人之间沟通与交流的工具，本身就有育人功能。我们作为小学英语教师，担负着教书育人的责任，我感觉育人的责任更重大。我们只是通过英语课程这个载体，对学生进行培养，作为老师，平时的言行、授课的方式、讲述的知识对学生的三观都有一定的影响。朱田小学的陈璐老师的发言给我留下了深刻的印象，她说我们教育我们的学生哪怕不能成才，但要先成人。在这个多数人都很浮躁的时代，我们对学生三观的教育显得极为重要。
二、在教学过程中注重提升学生的核心素养
作为英语教师，我们对学生核心素养的培养与提升，一直是我们持续探索的问题。在课堂中结合所学内容，有效的渗透核心素养，让学生在潜移默化中形成良好的品德。记得以前梁主任经常说这个问题，她说：“不要在一节的'结束时突然对学生进行道德教育，显得很突兀，而且也起不到对学生的教育。”我们在英语课堂教学中要创设适合学生学习基础的情境，情境对学生来说要真实、要熟悉，从多个角度、各个环节进行语言的运用和学习，对于学生核心素养的培养应该渗透在学习的方方面面。
三、对学生的评价要形成性评价和终结性评价相结合
我们作为教师，对学生的评价要多元。通过本次学习对学生的评价方式，我开始反思我对学生的评价。平时上课的过程中，我更多的是对学生学习的终结性评价，更过的是看重学生学习的成绩。以后的教学中我应该更关注学生的学习过程、方法，多一把尺子衡量学生，关注对学生综合素质的评价，多层次的评价。

在英语教学中，有时感到记忆单词很难或句型难以掌握，我们可以根据需要，自己进行创造，自编儿歌，利用儿歌来刺激学生的大脑兴奋点，对巩固记忆有一定效果。当然歌曲和韵律诗运用不仅仅局限于课堂，它还可以进行课外拓展的运用。我不仅在课上让学生使用歌曲和韵律诗，还鼓励学生在课后多编、多说、多演，体验英语学习就在生活中。
我常常能听到学生念着课上的歌曲和韵律诗欢快奔出课堂，看到孩子们在课间用自编的歌曲和韵律诗开心地做游戏。这就是歌曲和韵律诗具有浓郁的趣味性和极强的魅力，恰当地使用它，不但可以活跃课堂气氛，突破教学难点，而且可以发展学生的语言能力。
英语教师读书心得体会《现代中学英语教师素养》这是一本集中学英语教师综合教学技能指导的教材，课堂用语篇针对英语教师语言基本功要求，编写了英语课堂常用语，如：课前准备，课中提问，教师指令、演示、评价语言等，指导教师准确并流利地运用英语组织教学。在附录部分还为教师提供了几百条与教学有关的校园用语。
通过阅读，我深深感受到作为一名中学英语教师，仅具备专业方面的知识是远远不够的。中学英语教育的重点是给孩子们提供一个学习英语的机会，打下较好的英语基础，这包括了学习兴趣的培养和正确的学习方法的掌握。能以教学原则和方法来提高课堂教学的组织能力和实践能力。兴趣是最好的老师，它对英语学习起着积极的推动作用。有了兴趣就有了一个自主学习英语的动机，中学生学习英语的动机一旦被激发，就会用积极主动的态度对英语进行学习和探索，兴趣也就越浓。在遇到困难的情况下，会更有意志力。教师不仅要有综合的教学技能，还要有语言的示范能力。
教学技能是评价教师的核心技能，它是指教师如何教的技能，具体地说就是指教师对教学设计，课堂活动实践，课堂教学组织和在课内外充分展示英语在交流中的工具性的能力。目前中学英语教材的内容与学生的学习和生活有密切联系，主要是以趣味性最强的“情景会话”为主。
教学生唱他们喜欢的英语歌曲，会画形象的简笔画，会制作美丽多样的幻灯片，会以丰富的`表情，协调的动作表达意义或有感情，会组织丰富多彩的活动，能熟练运用多媒体辅助教学才能把学生的学习兴趣激发出来。在英语教学中，听、说、读、写既是英语教学的目的，又是英语教学手段。要对学生进行这几方面的基本训练，教师要有过硬的基本功：
（1）教师的语音语调要标准，纯正，流利；
（2）有一定的口语能力，能用简练、准确的语言组织课堂教学；
（3）书设计合理，字迹工整规范。一个中学英语教师应在教学工作中充满生机和活力，富有创新意识和超前意识，对待教学实践中所遇到问题应经常反思，并保持探索的习惯。
创新在本质上是一种超越，要越过传统和现实以及自我的障碍。教师如果富有创新意识和创新能力，能使学生的创造能力在潜移默化中不断提高。
中学英语教师在教学过程中会遇到很多意想不到的问题，这就要求中学英语教师进行反思。上完一节课后，静静地坐在办公桌前，从容地整理自己的教学思路，反思自己的教学行为，总结自己的教学得失。使自己的教学更上一个台阶！
英语读书心得15
教师面对的是儿童极易受到伤害的，极其脆弱的心灵，学校里的学习不是毫无热情地把知识从一个头脑里装进另一个头脑里，而是师生之间每时每刻都在进展的心灵的接触。其实，师生之间的关系应该是平等的，融洽的，教师应该学会蹲下来看学生，使他们感觉到你对他是公平的，信任的。每个孩子都有他的可贵之处，在教师的眼里学生没有好坏之分。在学生做好的大时候，我们应该给他们更多的鼓励；在学生做的时候，我们更要关心和指导他们向正确的方向前进，使他们在认识的道路上更进一步。不要加以指责，在每个人的心灵深处都有很脆弱的地方，孩子也是一样。其实他们也很痛苦，作为教师就是要时刻给他们启发和鼓舞，使他们看到自己的进步，使他们有自豪感和尊严感。
如果你发现绝大多数儿童练习本的字迹端正秀丽，错别字很少，那么这就是个明显的征兆：在这个班级里学生可以学到许多东西。
想一想，我这几个月的教学其实真是这样的，练习本就是学生习惯养成的一面镜子，也反映着一名教师的教学效果。对于新教师而言，学生习惯的养成是今后有良好教学效果的根底，我所缺乏的也就是这一点，要时刻培养他们良好的学习习惯，真正得到适合自己的学习方法，使得他们在今后的.学习中能更省力更有效。
要对同事们的经历加以研究和观察，并进展自我观察，自我分析，自我进修和自我教育。在此根底上逐步形成自己的教育思想。
学习优秀经历，并不是把个别的方法和方式机械的搬用到自己的工作中去，而是要移植其中的思想。向优秀教师学习应当取得某种信念.
关于学校教学大纲的知识对于教师来说，应当只是他的知识的事业中的起码常识。只有当教师的知识视野比学校教学大纲宽广的无可比较的时候，教师才可能成为教育过程的真正能手、艺术家和诗人。其实，要想到达这样的境界，我想，最重要的一点就是不断地充实自己，完善自己。读书，读书，再读书，教师的教育素养的这个方面正是取决于此想想自己，在这方面做得确实不好，每天不停地忙于备课、上课、批改，管理班级，总是抱怨没有时间读书，但闲暇时又懒得动，而那些教育书籍却安安静静地躺在书架上，早已落满了灰尘。只有在需要的时候，才想起找一点书来，看看有没有可以借鉴的文章，有没有可以参考的教案，此时，想一想实在是可悲!可怜!现在觉得自己还年轻，自己所掌握的知识还足以能应付小孩子，然而面对飞速开展的今天，可以说孩子们的视野更加开阔了，我们不得不时刻要求自己要走在前面，那么惟有读书才能武装我们的头脑，才能让我们摆脱坐吃山空的为难境地。而读书的这种意识更应该是发自内心的需要和对知识的渴望。年轻的我对于教师这个行业还存在着比较稚嫩的想法，而学习对于我来说是补充自己，使自己成熟的一个最好的方法，我要不断地学习，积累经历，使自己能成为一名名师。
看这本书过程有点吃力，但是阅读这本书使我了解了一些小学英语的教学原那么和外语教学的各种流派。它可以使我的教学理念更加清晰，可以为我日常的英语教学找到切实的理论依据。对我们小学英语教师来说，是一本指导性很强的书。
